Kumon Geist is an independently owned and operated Kumon Center. 2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide to us directly, including:

• Parent or legal guardian name, mailing address, email address, and phone number;
• Student name and information needed to administer the student's enrollment and program;
• If you opt in to our SMS program, the mobile number you provide on the signed SMS Consent Form and the date of your consent;
• Messages you send to us by text, email, or phone.

This website does not use cookies, analytics trackers, or online forms that collect personal information.

We use personal information to enroll and support students, communicate with parents and guardians about attendance, appointments, schedule changes, closures, and enrollment matters, respond to your questions, and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for their own use. Service providers that help us deliver text messages (for example, our messaging platform provider) may process mobile numbers and message content only as necessary to operate the service on our behalf and are not permitted to use this information for any other purpose.
