Bright Path Learning LLC d/b/a Kumon Math and Reading Center of Indianapolis-Geist ("Kumon Geist")

1. Program Description

Kumon Geist operates an SMS reminder program for parents and legal guardians of enrolled students. Participants who opt in receive recurring automated text messages about their child's attendance, missed-class reminders, appointment reminders, schedule updates, center closure notices, enrollment follow-ups, and other administrative information related to their child's participation at the center. This program is intended for parent communication and center administration and is not a general marketing text program.

2. How to Opt In

Consent is collected in person at the center on a written SMS Consent Form signed by the parent or legal guardian. By signing that form, you authorize Kumon Geist to send recurring automated text messages to the mobile number you provide. The number may be provided only by the parent or legal guardian who is the subscriber or customary user of that number, or who has permission from the authorized user. 3. Consent Is Optional

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of enrollment, an assessment, the purchase of goods or services, or continued participation at the center.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies, up to approximately 12 messages per month.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless plan. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message from this program to unsubscribe at any time. One final confirmation message may be sent after an opt-out request, after which you will receive no further messages from this program. You may also withdraw consent by contacting the center directly.

8. Supported Carriers

This program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier participation may change without notice.

9. Privacy and Data Sharing

SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
