Consent to Automated Text Updates
By checking the box and signing below, I authorize Bright Path Learning LLC d/b/a Kumon Math and Reading Center of Indianapolis-Geist ("Kumon Geist") to send recurring automated text messages to the mobile number listed above. Messages may include student attendance or missed-class reminders, appointment reminders, schedule updates, center closure notices, enrollment follow-ups, and other administrative information related to my child's participation at Kumon Geist, operated by Bright Path Learning LLC.
Message frequency varies, up to approximately 12 messages per month. These messages are intended for parent communication and center administration and are not a general marketing text program.
